It's Been Under New Management for a while. They firmly believe in what's called JIT. That stands for just in time stocking. You will find it a major problem at the beginning of the month when snap, EBT, and Welfare cards and checks are refilled and used. But the overall impression that I'm getting is the management really doesn't care about keeping things fully stocked.
