I have not used my Sunpass for years, I have moved, got a new car also have a new plate, how can active my old account, I tried calling, put on hold for about 20 minutes then I get disconnected

You can do it online as well, just log in to your account and change the car model and the new tag

You will have to visit one of the service centers to update.

They're in middle of a system change right now. The easiest thing may be to come into a service center and have someone take care of it in person.
