Yes they have lactose free ice cream and popsicles among other things and the service is amazing
Yes, half their popsicles are water-based and milk-free....and delicious, I might add!
I don't work there but I think at least some of their paletas (popsicles) are made with fruit and no milk. Maybe some of their scoop ice cream is too -- hope this helps or that someone else can answer too!
