Where can a toll violation be paid in person?
I picked up a Transponder sticker and activated it. The instructions say do not adhere it to the outside of the windshield, but if I adhere it to the inside, the code is facing me, the driver. Is that right?
I have a minie sun from 2008 its never been active can i still put money on it
