Yes. Add Rental Plate Number, YEAR, MAKE & MODEL, START DATE/TIME (CHECK OUT DATE & TIME) and END DATE/TIME (RETURN DATE/TINE). Make sure to remove your transponder when you return the car and deactivate the rental car.
Yes, I have done it several times without changing information in the site, however if it doesn't read for some reason they will bill the rental car company who will in turn charge you more so it is safer to change the information temporarily. I work in the SunPass office and verify the images.
U can use your transponder in any car, since you change all informations about car in the web page.
