I love the people there. Communication is key. They're used to folks being nervous and will work with to make it as comfortable as possible for you.
Yes, my family has been going here for years and they are very gentle and really put their patients first!! I would totally recommend this office to everyone
They are totally gentle and accommodating. I told them that my teeth are very sensitive and that I also have a bad gag reflex and so we made up this communication thing where I would raise my hand whenever I wanted them to stop. Also they gave me plenty of Novocaine shots because I requested more than one, that way I don't feel any pain. And the shots barely even hurt, they put them in your cheek and then you're totally numb. The dentist and orthodontist there are both very accommodating :-)
