Why would you change the location of your products? I was just in to your Waterloo store and it was a horrible shopping experience. Nothing was easy to find and had to search or find someone that could lead us to where we needed to be! Not good!

They do that my dear to get you to look at other things that you're not used to buying

I don't work for Hy-Vee, but they must assume change is good? Now they are changing store hours, and cutting staffing hours. Really NOT good! I'll shop Fareway and Aldi.

Seriously Ronda, don't you have anything better to do than complain about a store making changes? In the long run the company obviously feels it is going to make it easier for their customers to find products. Perhaps they are not done and you should remain patient. Thank goodness for a helpful smile in every aisle or you couldn't have received the help you needed. Have a better day tomorrow. :)
