I had a very good shopping experience this time. I go shopping in a good mood & a smile on my face. I'm just a happy person. Every store must train employees with customer service as #1. If you don't know something, find out. I'd like to see someone watching Self-Checkout all the time. Service isn't good there. When a customer has a problem with an item's price, HyVee has always apologized & not charge the customer for it. Many people leaving comments are having that problem. All in all, I will keep shopping here. It's my store! Thanks for listening!

This is my go to hyvee. What I don't understand is why do you have your automated phone call saying prescriptions are ready for pick up, then an hour and a half later I go to pick them up and their like, well we got two ready still waiting on the other two to get finished. So why are you calling me then. This happens more often than not.

Don’t return cans here, only one out of three machines are working. Standing in line for 45min.

They now have self checkouts with long conveyor belt tables for large amounts of groceries VS the majority of self-checkouts which have no space to work with. This is a great option. 5 🌟 for that. However, those checkouts are not open anymore. At least not when I shop there at 10am or 7pm or any time I'm there. If they turn them back on, I will update this review.
