Not sure, but think around $750-800 per month. Electric, gas, water, sewer, and trash are included. You can have two pets. Elevator in all buildings and carts to help bring up groceries or other stuff. Also shuttle bus for Dr appointments. Scheduled trips to grocery store and Wal-Mart. There are also a lot of activities.
My wife and I checked a couple years ago and it was around 650 dollars. The 2 bed rooms was over 900 hundred. Kind of small to me for the price.
