My brake lights aren't working and neither are my turn signals. I replaced all fuses with new ones even if they were good. And I replaced all lights in back with new. Can you tell me what needs to be done to fix this.

Could be a bad turn signal switch

Check voltage first. You may have a bad ground or a broken wire which would result in an open connection.
