The business owner is the only one cutting hair at the moment. So if he did not answer that means he was cutting hair. I can't recommend Germaine enough, I would follow up with a text message let him know that you're interested in getting a cut.
After i was done with a client i immediately checked my miss call from Kevin G, then continued to contact him further on the issue of why i didn't answer his call (busy with a client). I apologize and we continued to set a time and date, which he said he would be 30 minutes behind, And i replied.. I usually don't take anyone if their running 30 minutes behind on their scheduled appointment, but i made an exception because of the NO ANSWER incident. He apologize and said sorry for the inconvenience he'll try back some other time. Well Kevin G, i hope to see you soon here at Barber 101, so i can officially take care of a client needs.
