I have no idea. I no longer go to Steak 'n Shake. Just over a year ago, I needed a shake for my husband due to oral surgery, I went in ordered one to go (only 2 tables, ready eating in the whole restaurant - so not real busy), I was told to wait a few minutes, over 10 minutes later I left - still never being allowed to order. Sorry, that waa not part of your question however I still am bothered because I always had liked their food through the years.
