I know everywhere is going to self serve type places but I seriously hate they are here. Foods ok and they were nice but no table service and order at a kiosk now kills the fun vibe. Hate to say it but has that feel of a chain going under and reaching for the last resort to stay alive. Nothing personal anymore so probably won't return.

Had 3 cars ahead of me waited 25 mins in line and had to pull of becouse not one car had got there order from the 3 cars in front of me how ridiculous

Grilled cheese is good.

Terrible lunch. No napkins, no silverware, no drink refill. Have gift cards to use and then will never return.

The place is horrible, ,bad management, for sure, I font recommend anyone to go there

We came in on a Sat morning had to seat ourselves. Still waiting 45 mins later with no food. I will never be back .. it's not the waitress fault. Haley was very nice.. I will not b when it's time to pay... This is so uncalled for ..

Yes, I had the same complaints when I was there.

I will never go back to Steak and Shake it took us over an hour and a half to get our food and the service stunk
