I actually own the place. It takes 3-5 minutes to make a Chicago style, and maybe 35 minutes to cook it. It's not unusual to get 10 orders within 15 minutes of opening, so for the next hour or so, with only moderate volume, the wait times can easily exceed an hour. We are deep into a major renovation, which when complete should lower the wait times significantly. Even so, at the best of times, I don't think we'll ever be able to produce a Chicago in less than 45 minutes.
I will wait a day and a half. I don’t care. Best pizza ever
Because its not just some Imos pizza. Chicago style pizza takes time.
Go to Chicago and order one. It still will take 45 min lol.
Not sure. Usual wait is 30-45 minutes . I got mine within 40 minutes on a Saturday night. DeepDish Takeout it was.
They are currently down to a single oven operating out of the garage due to the renovations
It’s a very thick pizza. Worth the wait or even better, call ahead and order it before you get there.
If you ordered the thick crust stuffed pizza that takes longer in addition to possible orders ahead of you and the fact they only have one oven.
Depends on several factors (cooks working, number of pizzas ordered, number of orders ahead of you, et cetera). That said, it usually does not take that long - for a party of 5-6 if plan on an hour or so if it's not too busy. You can always try calling ahead.
It takes 45 mins per person, add 15 mins each additional person without 15 mins between the order. There is only one or two people to prepare each order.
Calling ahead will reduce that time.
Occasionally it takes an hour calling ahead usually resolves the wait problem even when eating in
Hand made, it would take me that long or longer if i make it at Home, the pizza is worth it that's why i go back
