It is under construction. The Stanley cup visited last Thursday.... I unaware of the finish date, it might be towards the end of the year. There will be a main rink with stadium seating, and an upper level. A full size practice rink, with bleachers. There might be more practice rinks, I am unaware of the final plans. The facilities will be amazing! Hundreds of union members have been working very hard. The level of skill is going to provide a great product. I am proud to have worked on it.
Now called Centene Community Ice Center. Grand opening is September 7, 2019. It will have three indoor NHL-sized rinks & an outdoor rink doubling as a warm weather event space. Centene will serve as the St. Louis Blues' new practice facility, as well as being home to the Lindenwood University Lions women's & men's hockey programs. It will offer regular public ice skating sessions, and host youth hockey.
