I bought a phone from walmart and also got insurance on it but I know longer have my recipt for the phone or insurance but I still have the box to the phone my kids broke my phone I was trying to see if I was able to get a replacement phone for free

I have the phone and the box if the insurance wont cover or replace the phone then y recemend it in your store if u don't mind me asking I remember the exact day and time I bought it

No I believe they would want the broken phone at least to see it. I don't think just the box would work but you could try I would say no receipt no phone I really doubt it. If that was the case we could tell all of our friends to save the boxes., but give it a try if you want
