Haylee, that simply sounds like a rescue that is very diligent in finding perfect homes for the animals in their care. Instead of tossing cats out the door to anyone that can afford an adoption fee, they take the time to do it right.
No. They are very particular about the type of people they even let IN the building, let alone play with the cats. They put you through an extensive interview process and make you feel very bad about anything against their views and values. Very judgemental. And you can't even meet the cats without first getting grilled, provided you give them all the "correct" answers. If you don't pass the prescreening, they immediately escort you out the door.
