They do keep some at the brewery depending on weather, etc, but the majority are stored at an off site farm (I believe they also have tours at the farm).
There were 3 in the stables when we were there last week, starting a tour soon after 10. They said we could see the dalmatian in the afternoon, but we were not there that long
