Hello! We are really happy that you are our valued customer ! Yes you right the convenience fee goes to online ordering platform and its their fee. But we will try talk to them and avoid that fee! When we had conversation previously they did not agreed not charging that fee. We will try again! And we are really sorry again! If you have any other question please feel free ask us! The customer service you guys give people is horible. I had a problem there and no manager ever called me or tried to fix it
