Love the place! Never had any issues and the staff has always been great!
No Chick-fil-A I've ever been to has ever messed up my orders, and I've been to very many, scores of times. This Chick-fil-A normally has great customer service. I suggest you have them read the order back to you (which they usually do anyway) before you complete it.

They would, because they want to keep you as a customer and to make-up for there mistake, that's all at a kind gesture to keep you coming back to the location
I've also never had any issues. Best customer service hands down.
If you order thru the drive thru speaker you might try to pronunciate a little more because I've never ordered at a clear speaker anywhere.
Good food I had my order mess up once but it did stop me from going back
