I cannot confirm the chilli part however they will load them almost however you ask, and the food is definitely scrumptious know that....
Their loaded fries are quite different, they have lettuce, and tomato. Kind of like nachos with fries. I actually don't know if they have chilli, or not.
Just get the buffalo chicken frys and u will not regret it
