Do u have to bag items up or if can you box it up if it a heavy load like books.

You can bring in boxes. It does depend on the individual store. When you go in you have to take the box(s) to the cashier and let them.know. they will hold the box at the register until you are done w your purchase. If not put the bags you recv from your purchase into your box that may have to be left at the door. Either way ask before you do it so you wont go thru the hassle or embarrassment of possible other scenarios.
