I park at Skypark everytime I travel. I usually wait 5- 10 minutes at the most. The shuttles are pretty reliable and timely. D. Turner I'm sorry u had that experience.
Haven't waited more than 10 minutes. Once when with impatient husband, he called after 5, and they told him shuttle was a minute away. It came after a minute and a half. You do have to walk just past the edge of the terminal
I haven't had that issue, other than once at terminal 2. That time I called and then all was fine.
I call right away from terminal one arrivals. Usually get pretty quick service.
Never waited more than 10 and often less. Some of the other lots look like they pick up more but they just sit so you aren't really leaving any quicker.
They have been prompt for me as well.
So far, I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes for a shuttle, though typically they average about 7-10 minutes. This, from a frequent user who's on his way to completing his 3rd Frequent Parking Card.
