Horses love cats. Unfortunately, many of them don't love dogs. Therefore, we only allow guide dogs.
If it is a guide dog for sight impaired, yes. Otherwise, all pets are restricted at Fairmount Park due to the possible fear they could evoke on a racehorse. This is the course of action at nearly all horse racing venues unless monitored for special events.
