Does the urgcare facility do blood work as ordered by a doctor? Any special paper work required?

Thank you for your question. HSHS St. Elizabeth’s does have an outpatient lab in the O’Fallon Medical Building (the same building that houses UrgiCare) at 1512 N. Green Mount Road, O’Fallon, Illinois. You would be required to present the lab order from your doctor, a driver’s license or ID, and your insurance information to have labs collected at this facility.
