Are there vendors that sell duck eggs?

Depends on the week- different vendors sign up each week. They're are definitely a couple vendors that sell eggs though.

I have seen duck eggs sold at the Soulard Farmers Market…. many many years ago

Grand Army Farm has them, I believe. Not sure if they're at the market every week.
