Hi Adam! You can call our restaurant at (217) 351-9115 , everyday after 11am until close. We recommend you make reservations as soon as possible. Due to seating capacity, we can only take a certain amount of reservations throughout each night and some nights we could be booked or only have certain times available.
The Ribeye (Owner) I am wanting to celebrate a retirement and birthday for my oldest sister and The Ribeye is one of her favorite places. We want to have it on Saturday August 14th of this year. We are getting answers to how many will be there but for now I know it will be a minimum of 12 people and no more than 15. Prior to me calling I was hoping to send this since I saw the owner replying. Are we able to do this on that date at the Ribeye? I'm guessing the time would be what is best for you but hoping noon or 1 p.m. My name is Terry.
