From a policy standpoint we have a number of practices and standards in place and we do our best to adhere to them daily. These practices include but are not limited to: 1. All employees required to wear a mask except in shop workspaces which are over 15 feet apart when working alone. 2. We have installed plexiglass throughout the dealership at most of the "impact areas" where you would meet face to face with one of our team members. 3. We are not sending a salesperson along on test drive currently to maintain distances. 4. Hand sanitizer is available all throughout the dealership. 5. We sanitize our inventory prior to test drive appointments and measures are in place to routinely sanitize the interior of our inventory periodically and after use. 6. We are offering at home test drives on all of our new Fords and home delivery within a limited 25 mile radius of the dealership. 7. Our team wears gloves and a mask when handling customers vehicle and wipes down any areas we touch.
