Granny B's has a little bit of everything. I can't guarantee littlest pet shop but they have a bunch of other toys in stock. It's whatever people donate to the store and what's good they clean it up and sell it back to people for a fraction of what you'll find it in stores
They could have. I don't have small kids so I didn't look in the kids area.
