this place not help at all when I was going here and before my counselor left all she tell me to do is journal and breathing exercises but nothing else not even any insights and months after I left being asked to journal and do breathing exercises became one of my many mental illness triggers I was happy when she left and decided to not to return because I did not want repeat my life story to a new counselor only to get the same treatment in which overall I don't think it worked at all.

I think I’ve been ongoing coming to Avita for almost a year now. They have been absolutely wonderful and Understanding for what I’ve been through and helping me cope through it. They understand if stuff is a tight schedule and they can reschedule for you. I really don’t know where I would be without receiving the outstanding professional help from this place!
The Confound Millennial
They decided to change their hours of business without warning or changing it on the phone, google, or even the door

No, I'm sorry, this is a behavioral health outpatient center. Avita does have a short-term crisis stabilization unit for individuals experiencing suicidal, homicidal ideation, psychosis or detox needs. If you want more information about that you can call the outpatient office and they can answer any of your questions.
Avita could probably advise you. Have you ever heard if Challenged Child. They are really good with children. its a Preschool for disabled and regular children.
