They are the worst company i ever hade thats why i changed
They are very hard to get a hold of. When I had them, I had to act like I was making a claim and then an agent would answer. But even then it was a 3rd party. Leave them asap!!
Message alfa on Facebook and tell them you're having a hard time getting a hold of the office. That's what I had to do. They like to play games there.
