Our girls are very happy attending the children's library event. And yes, whenever they are in the library it is an event for them. Big smiles! 📚📚📚

Just had a book sale last week end. Probably next one in three months
I've never heard of that but I'd like to know as well. Is that common?
It's written on a placard in the building but I've never read it. If you swing by I'm sure it could help.
Hello, if you bring your device to the library Reference Desk, they can show you how to download books! Thank you
Maybe. You should call the library and ask, they can answer this question for you.
Mah Jongg meets on Mondays at 12:30!
There is. However you have to be a member of the library to use it.
Yes, there is a self-service fax machine. It only takes credit cards.
The Children's section of the library is richly enhanced by murals, sculptures & 3 dimensional structures which make it appear as if you've entered a park. There's a gazebo, stacks of large "books" to sit on... the tree - with branches & leaves dangle overhead. You enter the wing of the library through an arch made of "stone" books, & another tree with a small cutout for smaller children to walk through. Motion activated recordings of birds & water greet visitors - it's magic. Everyone gets quiet as they enter & the room opens up to reveal this beautiful book filled refuge. There are areas set aside for "Story Time" where children can meet in large & small groups. There is a lovely room with a stained glass wall off of the back where children can do organized crafts or gatherings. Our county enjoys an abundance of resources. I wish ALL children could have such an imaginative place to begin their journey in learning. So, to make a short story, long, that is how they use the tree...
