My daughter attended here for over a year & hardly learned a thing. She liked her teachers yet it was more of a social time & playing music in the background. We were very disappointed when they started requiring mask especially while the student’s were actively exercising. In addition, it was pretty ridiculous that all the chairs were spaced apart. I couldn’t even sit next to my family members. These are the same people I live with & drive in the car with. We have since found a new facility that DOES NOT allow mask on student’s while they exercise. I can sit with my family & watch my daughter actually learn new skills. She has improved so much since we switched. We also don’t have to pay a yearly registration fee, only month to month.

Was treated beyond poorly from staff ladies at counter, I was approached for not having my mask over my nose I said no problem and offered to step outside needing to make a short business call. Once outside I noticed the rollup door to the left of the rear entrance was open around 6 feet high and I was able to see my daughter practicing without even having to step in the building or wear a mask at least from what I thought. Minutes later I noticed an employee point my way and start conversation with another employee at the front Desk next thing I know they roll down the door from which I am viewing my daughter practice from outside of their facility without a mask on. Once this happen I put my mask on made sure my nose is covered per their rules for inside their business and approach the front desk asking why they rolled down the gate to stop me from being able to view my daughter from outside their reply was I was within 6 feet of the gate without a mask on regardless of being outside or not and that was not OK. I then proceeded to tell the employee that we pay for our daughter to train and practice gymnastics not to be embarrassed and harassed for not wanting to wear a mask outside of the facility. The employees here are rude and definitely need lessons in customer service and communication skills so they don’t drive away more customers, as I only wish i read all reviews from yelp and Google prior to signing my daughter up for this facility has so many negative reviews reflect on poor customer service. Choose wisely when looking for a gymnastics business for your children this is definitely not the spot!!
