Their phone system is designed so that if all Laurinburg lines are busy the call will roll over to the Charlotte or Monroe offices. Never had a problem and the ladies answering the phones are very helpful and accommodating.

I haven't ever had an issue reaching their office, nor making a timely appointment. They certainly have worked their scheduling around my own schedule, vs. visa versa.
