Camera phones are allowed but there may be restrictions on cameras and enhanced cameras. Go to Nashville Predators website and the rules are there.

I don't know about hockey games but cameras were allowed every time I was there.
If there's a comedian performing the ushers will warm you once. I would assume the second time they see you, you'll be escorted out.
No one stopped me from taking pictures
If it's your phone it's fine for sure. If you're bringing a professional camera with professional lenses I think it's technically against policy
