Trails are not wheelchair friendly. I believe that some of the rental cabins are wheelchair accessible.

There are parking areas that are wheelchair friendly, and one leads to a grassy picnic area that shouldn't be too bad. The rest of the terrain is irregular with narrow trails next to cliffs and laced with tree roots.

No trails that are wheelchair friendly, but there are nice paved roads with adjacent parking areas within the park that you could use to enjoy the scenery.
