You dont have to but I was glad that I did. I had an appointment and was in and out in 30 minutes. Others before me had been there close to an hour or more.
No. I always just walk in. They do get busy though. Id bring something to do or plan on leaving your car. Ive never had my car there for less than 3 hours.
It helps, just to make sure they have the size your vehicle needs; but I have been taken care of without an appointment.
