Depends on what you're using it for.
There is usually a flat rate for 4-5 hours and an additional flat rate for every hour after that. They rent on a first come first serve basis, so no reservations. They are typically open from 6:30am - 10pm M-S and 8am - 8pm Sunday.
I think probably9 to 5 as usual. I have never rented one. Sorry
