If you saw something you should have pointed it out and they would have promptly cleaned it up. If you had a problem with your bill, you should have spoke up and they would have corrected it. My guess is you would get 1 star as a parent because they are always nice to young visitors. Your comments have zero credibility and I don't believe anything you have said happened at el Besos.
Not sure how you can claim a restaurant to steal your money. Verify on the receipt, talk to a manager etc....simple fixes to all your complaints
El Beso has excellent food and impecable service!! To say otherwise is coming from a negative space, such as YOUR KIDS WERE TOSSING FOOD??? IDK but I am a Yelper and Google guide and I am always treated respectfully and they have never screwed up my food! My servers are some of the best in the business and have been accommodating beyond words! Lola made my grandson's birthday one he'll never forget!!;! Great Food, Great Prices, GREAT STAFF!!;

El Beso is great food, prices and people. I cant see those complaints valid with this establishment. Clearly you didnt address it first with the business before posting such a negative review. Too bad for you! I still highly urged folks to try, you wont be disappointed!!!!
