Customer service is excellent. I was assisted by Krystal and manager Josh. Krystal was extremely patient with us. We went to Bob’s to just to look at furniture. She helped us find what we were looking for. We ended up purchasing a living room set and a new bed. We were planning on buying a bed elsewhere but after being shown around their inventory, we were sold on one we liked better. Of course I added the goof proof. Five years ago my son soiled a new couch I bought from Bobs and they ended up replacing the entire couch without question so the goof proof is a must. I highly recommend this furniture store. This is my second time coming back.

If only they trained the delivery team like they do their sales team. The sales people are great, however our delivery was a nightmare! Rude guys, poorly packaged furniture, and damage done to our home. They had to take the sofa back due to it having a huge rip in it from how the delivery team handled it. After seeing how poorly packaged (and constructed) the furniture was we decided to cancel our entire order. Please work with your delivery team. These stars are for sales only.

We had a great experience at Bob's. Nathan helped us & he was thorough & attentive but never pushy. He was able to get us exactly what we wanted. Also kept in touch with me to keep me informed about my delivery information. The furniture is quality, prices very reasonable & a huge selection. The atmosphere is very appealing & the staff was so friendly. Will definitely be a repeat customer. Just wanted to add that ALL of my furniture was delivered Friday without a single issue. I was kept in the loop with the entire process & couldn't be happier.

Greg was so helpful from beginning to end. Very knowledgeable & Super nice. Definitely an asset for you all. The store was nice, the displays were all nice. Very attentive staff. I’m heavy on online shopping, but this was one of the easiest furniture shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I truly recommend.
