Two way communication is the key. Maybe try having them repeat the order back to you
I have never had a problem with a wrong order in the Drive-Thru. I must say I was inside one day and when I walked in, the place was packed, and when I ordered I, asked how long it would take and they said it would take longer than I could wait so I said well I can't wait that long and one of the supervisors came up and said we'll get your order ready and expedite it. So they helped me get my order quickly so that I could get in and out. And the food is great. Top quality all the way!
