If you are thinking of making this your primary care, please read all recent reviews. Things have gone downhill and weren’t great to begin with. My provider is Jessica Glover, and while her bedside manner is good, I’m fed up with the lack of service, communication, and care from her and Logan Health Primary Care. What you’ll notice in all recent reviews is that it is so hard to get your prescription sent to pharmacy accurately as well as timely. I’m not sure what changed exactly but I’ve had to wait 4-5 days every time they are supposed authorize a refill for my pharmacy. Calling back, marking it as ‘urgent’, only to get half answers from the call center who is not located at the facility. It is so frustrating that prescription medication that is needed to function daily is not sent to pharmacy when it is required. Save yourself the stress and anxiety of being without the medication you need because of a lack of care at Logan Health Primary Care and see another medical provider

omg where do I begin. it took a month for me to get prescriptions refilled they mess things up when they do anything. they called in wrong dosage of medications even after verifying a million times. list goes on. Mae is horrible. dont go

I just had my first new patient visit and annual checkup. I was incredibly please with the speed I was in and out. Sonya checked me in and took all the vitals, then Dr. Smith came in and spent time with me, not only with a checkup but just took the time to sit with me and talk about all other parts of life. Then a lab assistant came in and took blood samples all in the same room. The next day Sonya called me with all the results of the labs and the doctors concerns. A great thorough checkup with tons of personal attention. I highly recommend their team there! Great Job!

My family came here twice this month, 7/2022, they were polite and helpful.
