Just a regular door entrance always crowded so people block the door so I would say no it's not
Yes, it is wheelchair accessible. Someone will have to help hold the door open, but it is a flat entrance and wide enough for a wheelchair to enter. Margie's Candies is a small shop and often crowded, so it may not be very easy, but my family went recently (including a family member who is a wheelchair user), and we were welcomed and seated at a table that worked for us.
