There is a other Ice Skating arena on Hy 83 and I94 a Ross from McDonalds. I think it is called Nagawauki Ice Rink

I would say no to the question about going any hour of the day. Arrowhead high school uses it for hockey games and practices. I would call and ask them during regular business hours.
