You won't find better customer service anywhere else. They may not have the selection of one of the big box stores, but they make up for it with their knowledge and personal touch. Doesn't matter what they are doing at the time, they'll drop everything to get you the help you need for your projects.

The one star reflects the rude and condescending attitude of the person in the service area. Not only did he ignore me when he saw me standing there, only coming up when I rang the bell, he also made a big production of the fact that I did not have my service ticket with me. I can only surmise that there must of been hundreds of screen doors in the back room fixed or waiting to be fixed. And thanks for the snarky “you can throw your ticket away when you get home”. Of course no offer to help carry the door to the front for payment. Great service there buddy! That being said there were employees there that offered to help. Thank you to them.
