They are still a business and should answer the phone line at least some of the time. Theres plenty of times I go in and they are answering calls while assisting customers and efficiently I might add. Somethings CAN be done over the phone and it does become frustrating when that cant happen and I'm made to go in the office for something could've been handled by phone. JS
They are constantly busy, there is at least 300 plus people they have to attend every single day. It’s a very busy place and the waiting time is extremely long. The best way to get your stuff taken care of is to show up early and be the first in the door at 8 AM
