I have drop packages for my bosses off at least twice a week, and send my bosses pictures proving that the packages were delivered. Kasidi, Jessica, Parveen, Chadana,and Ariyana are all an absolute delight!! They have always made sure my packages are ready for shipping, and are always happy to humor me and the crazy poses I come up with for my bosses. A+ team, clean and organized store, and quick excellent service!!!

As a business shipper I know more about ups shipping than the new owners of this franchise, which is an issue. They should know their own products and services. New management is not the best.

Arrived at 6:59 pm was told they were closed. Door locked and Pink haired employee is rude and ignored me when I asked a question about taking my package. Not the first time employees were rude here. Englewood location much better customer service.

A notary public is a public officer. They are sworn into the office. They are expected to honor this. If a notary is uncertain or has any doubt they have the right to refuse a notary.
