I have pain in almost every one of my joints. And back. I was raised to not go to the doctor. I havent had a primary care physician in probably 13 years. I worked on a construction crew my whole life. Does anyone recommend a physician?

I dont have documentation for anything. I have been trying to get a physician. Because my pain is unbearable. Puts me on the ground in pain most days
