If it happens again ask to speak the management and explain we're human we have good and bad days
She is always rude.....
I hear the "bad day" excuse a lot, here. Why make YOUR bad day someone else's? Especially, if your job is CUSTOMER SERVICE, eh?

They are all extremely busy and I noticed that they are abrupt and to the point.
If it happens again I'd ask to speak to management and explain. We're all human and all of us have our days, but if this is a habit then maybe she's in the wrong profession.
I havnt had any problems. Maybe she was just having a bad day.
Not everybody is rude sometimes they're just having a bad day next time just make a note and if you think it's necessary telemanager but I don't really think it's necessary I just think maybe she was having a bad day just like all of us once in awhile just when you go in the next time and she's working just see if she's acting the same way and if she is that's when I would say something. But if it's not the same I wouldn't even bother with it.
Last time i had her at self service, she was helpful. She might have bad day today, just like any one.
