It's best to go as early as you can if you want to actually eat there. If you don't mind getting your food to go, I've typically waited 15-30 mins to order and get my food.
Worth the wait for those Sandwiches and Pastry! Usually I just pick up and go but you come late nothing will be left, 10:00AM is a good time
The earlier the better, it gets busy starting from 10:30 - around 1pm
I would not plan on sitting and eating!
